Halloween is fast approaching! It is an exciting event, but we ask for your cooperation with the following:
Costumes are permitted for Kindergarten students as we will parade through the school to show them to the older classes. However, any accessories should be left at home(i.e. princess wands or swords - no weapons). Please do not send your child in face make-up as it gets everywhere as they play. Please have your child wearing play clothes underneath their costumes (or in their bags) as they may wish to remove their costumes after our parade.
Please note that we are unable to distribute food treats of any kind due to Board Allergy and Health Policies. Should you wish to send something in with your child (optional and most do not.), it must be a non-food item. There are 28 students in our class.
Grades 1-6 will wear black and orange.
Please do not send in Halloween candy for snack or lunch desserts. We are teaching students about healthy eating and would prefer that you keep any candy at home for a treat after school.
